during the day, both sabine locations run on a relaxed counter‑service flow. when you walk in, head to the counter to place your order before finding a table. you’ll pick up your drink from our barista, then find an open table and settle in. we’ll bring your food and cocktails right to you once they’re ready.
a note for our ballard guests: if you prefer full service during the day, you can skip the line and sit at the bar. our bartenders will take care of everything from start to finish. (21+ only). dinner in ballard is always full table service.
