about sabine café & BAR
sabine is a café, bar, and bakery serving a lively brunch and dinner experience for all in ballard and now in bellevue. our inviting menus draw upon mediterranean influences with middle eastern spices and herbs, while our dedication to using local, in-season, and organic ingredients wherever we can highlights the bounty of the northwest.
inspired by the success of our daytime café in ballard, and after years of serving our neighborhood with bright espresso, freshly-baked pastries, and our favorite flavors, we felt inspired to bring that same energy across the lake. with a commitment to offering something fresh, wholesome, and a little unexpected, our team opened sabine bellevue as a new home for the flavors and hospitality our community has come to love.
